高效高闪点酸化用互溶剂研究及伊拉克现场应用

摘　　要：随着油气田的开采,钻完井和其他作业均会造成储层污染,通过酸化改造有效解除污染,提高储层近井地带的渗流能力。作为重要的酸液添加剂,在酸化施工中,互溶剂具有良好的清洗和返排作用。常见的酸化用互溶剂用量大,闪点低,属于危险化学品,给互溶剂的生产、储存、运输及现场使用带来了安全风险,且危险品出口手续极其繁琐。通过大量室内实验,自主合成高效高闪点酸化用互溶剂,用量少(1%,体积分数,下同),闪点为67℃,属于普通化学品,达到了国内外酸化施工要求。在伊拉克现场应用58口井,施工成功率100%,有效清洗井筒和地层,解除储层污染,提高油气产量。With the exploitation of oil and gas fields, drilling, well completion and other operations will cause reservoir pollution. Remove pollution and improve seepage capacity of the near wellbore area by acidizing. As an important acid additive, the mutual solvent has good cleaning and returning function. The common mutual solvent is a dangerous chemical. It has high dosage, low flash point and security risks when production, storage, transportation and use. The export formalities of dangerous goods are extremely complicated. By a large number of indoor experiments, the independent synthetic mutual solvent is a common chemical of high efficiency（1 % volume fraction, the same below） and high flash point（67 ℃）.It achieves construction requirements at home and abroad. 58 wells were applied in the field of Iraq, and the success rate is 100 %.It cleaned wellbore and layer effectively, removed reservoir pollution and improved oil and gas production.
