摘  要:针对致密砂岩气藏低孔、低渗、低压力系数、强水锁特点,室内从降低压裂液残渣和水锁伤害、提高裂缝导流能力出发,通过系统研究开发出新型复合交联剂、水锁处理剂、高效黏土稳定剂和助排剂,形成一套低浓度胍胶压裂液体系。该体系具有良好的耐温耐剪切性能,破胶快速彻底,岩心基质渗透率损害率平均为11.3%,压裂液残渣含量仅为220 mg/L,远远低于常规胍胶压裂液体系,从而降低了压裂液残渣对裂缝导流能力的损害。该体系破胶液的表面张力和界面张力均较低,分别为24.011 mN/m和0.203 m N/m,有利于压后的快速返排。现场应用效果表明,试验井投产3个月后的平均产量为对比井的1.4倍,为今后致密砂岩气藏的高效开发提供了一条有效途径。In allusion to tight sandstone gas reservoir has characteristics of low porosity, low permeability,low pressure coefficient and strong water blocking, to improve reservoir flow conductivity from reducing fracturing fluid residue and water lock injury.The composite crosslinking agent, water lock treating agent,high-efficiency clay stabilizer and drainage aid have been developed through systematic research, forming a set of low-concentrationn modified guar fracturing fluid system.The system has good heat resistance and shear resistance,and gel breaking fast. The core damage is 11.3 % averaged, the fracturing fluid residue is220 mg/L far less than the conventional guar gum fracturing fluid system, which reduces the damage from fracturing fluid residue on fracture flow capacity effectively. The system has low surface tension and interfacial tension, it is 24.011 m N/m and 0.203 mN/m respectively,which is benefit for the flow back quickly after fracturing. The field application effect shows that the average yield of test wells is about 1.4 times contrast with the adjacent wells after went into operation three months. It provides an effective way for the high-efficient development of tight sandstone gas reservoir in the future.
