摘　　要：本文通过对国家级非物质文化遗产传承人——何巴特尔的口述采访为例,对科尔沁民歌的传承与保护中的问题进行了探讨。论文共分为三个部分,一、传承人何巴特尔简介。二、传承人何巴特尔口述访谈资料的整理。三、阐述了笔者通过此次采访的感想,包括科尔沁地方民歌的传承与保护问题,包括何巴特尔老人谈科尔沁民歌传承的现状及问题、老人对传承科尔沁民歌所作的打算等。进而初步探讨科尔沁叙事民歌的现状。This article passes on to the national intangible cultural heritage inheritor-Hebateer＇s oral interview is an example,This paper discusses the inheritance and protection of horqin folk songs. The paper is divided into three parts, The first, introduction of the inheritor, Hebateer . The second, Collected the oral interview materials of the inheritor, Hebateer. Third, elaborated author through this interview feeling, It includes the inheritance and protection of local folk songs in horqin, including the status quo and problems of Hebateer ＇s discussion on the inheritance of horqin folk songs and the old man＇s plan for the inheritance of horqin folk songs. Then we discuss the present situation of horqin＇s narrative folk songs.
