摘　　要：高校毕业生就业创业关系基本民生,关乎创新型国家建设。近几年高校毕业生人数持续上升,本文结合所在高校经管学院学生就业质量提升的实践做法提出全员育人完善就业工作保障体系、立足人才培养目标提升就业实践能力、构建就业服务体系扎实开展就业工作、点面结合强化覆盖构建全程化就业指导体系等举措促进学生高质量更充分的就业。The relationship between employment and entrepreneurship is basically related to the construction of an innovative country. In recent years, the number of college graduates continues to rise, this paper combined with the practice of improving the quality of students/ employment in the College of Economics and Management put forward the suggestions of improving the employment security system, improving the practical ability of employment based on the goal of talent training, building a solid employment service system, and strengthening the coverage of point-to-surface integration. The whole process of employment guidance system should be set up to promote students＇ high-quality and full employment.
