摘 要:应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重分析(TG)及力学性能测试方法,分析了母粒纺防透明聚酯假捻变形纱和切片纺防透明聚酯假捻变形纱的结构与性能。结果表明:TiO_2颗粒在切片纺纤维中分散较好,团聚少;两种变形纱的红外谱图与普通聚酯纤维类似;母粒纺纤维的结晶度高于切片纺纤维,但取向度低于切片纺纤维;与普通聚酯纤维相比,两种防透明聚酯纤维的断裂强度与断裂伸长率较低,摩擦因数较大;就两种防透明聚酯纤维而言,切片纺纤维的断裂强度与断裂伸长率高于母粒纺纤维,摩擦因数小于母粒纺纤维。By using scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),physical and mechanical properties test,the structure and properties of 2 kinds of opaque falsetwist textured yarns made by masterbatch spinning and slice spinning were analyzed.The results showed that TiO_2 particles had better dispersion and smaller reunite in slice spinning.The infrared spectra of the 2 textured yarns are similar to those of the ordinary PET fibers.The crystallinity of the textured yarn made by masterbatch spinning is higher than that made by slice spinning,but the orientation is lower than that of slice spinning fiber.Compared with the ordinary PET fiber,the tenacity and breaking elongation of the 2 PET fiber are lower,while their friction coefficients are higher.In terms of the 2 kinds of opaque PET textured yarn,both the tenacity and breaking elongation of the textured yarn made by slice spinning are higher than those made by masterbatch spinning,and the friction coefficient is less than that of the masterbatch spinning.
