摘　　要：选用十字形凉感长丝,经高机号圆纬机制备由集圈与单面编织组合而成的罗纹型复合组织,给出了凉感尼龙长丝纯织和凉感尼龙长丝/长绒棉交织的纬编织物的编织和染整工艺,并测试与分析了两种织物的性能。结果显示:两种织物不仅具有良好的导热性能与透气透湿性能、柔软的手感、合格的抗起毛起球特性和尺寸稳定性能,而且具有瞬间接触凉感功能,适合用于春夏季针织服装的开发。Cross shaped cool-feel polyamide filament was selected to produce rib compound stitches of tuck plus single jersey with the fine gauge knitting machine.Both fabrics were knitted with pure coolfeel polyamide filament and cool-feel polyamide filament/long-staple cotton.Their knitting and dyeing and finishing technology were also given,and their properties were tested and analyzed.The experimental results showed that these two fabrics not only have the better thermal conductivity,air permeability and moisture permeability,soft handle,qualified pilling resistance and dimensional stability performance,but also have the instant contact coolness function.They are suitable for developing the spring and summer knitted clothing.
