摘　　要：目的探讨两种皮肤消毒剂应用效果。方法 2016年1-12月,便利抽样法选取上海交通大学附属胸科医院重症监护室需抽取血培养的肺部术后患者1390例为对照组;2017年1-12月,同法选取需抽取血培养的肺部术后患者1402例为观察组。对照组患者按照常规采用安尔碘进行皮肤消毒,观察组患者采用2%氯苯双胍已烷进行皮肤消毒。比较两组患者血培养污染率发生情况,患者住院天数及住院费用等情况。结果对照组血培养污染率为7.41%,观察组血培养污染率为1.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组患者住院天数为(27.0±6.5)d,住院费用为(11 6536.3±936.9)元;观察组患者平均住院天数为(16.1±3.5)d,住院费用为(80 565.2±596.2)元,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 2%氯苯双胍的消毒效果优于安尔碘消毒,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of two different kinds of disinfectants on reducing the rate of blood culture contamination. Methods By convenience sampling method,1390 cases from January to December 2016 were selected as control group, 1402 cases from January to December 2017 were selected as observation group. The control group was applied with Entoiodin to sterilize the skin,while the obser vation group was applied with 2% chlorobenzene double guanidine hexane to sterilize the skin. The occur fence rate of blood culture contamination, hospitalization time and costs were compared. Results The blood culture contamination rate was 7.41 % in control group and 1.49% in observation group （P〈0.01）. The hospitalization day and hospitalization costs in the control group were （27.0± 6. 5）d and RMB （11 6536.3±936.9）,respectively; and （16.1±3.5）d and RMB （80 565.2±596.2） in the observation group （all P%0.01）. Conclusions The sterilization effect of 2% Chlorobenzene double guanidine hexane is bet ter than Entoiodin, which is worth of clinical promotion.
