网络结构与物流企业学习能力——基于环境动态性的调节效应研究

摘　　要：在现代经济社会中,越来越多的企业选择主动加入关系网络,通过合作融合获取资源。通过构建网络结构影响物流企业学习能力、环境动态性发挥调节作用的理论模型,对福建、江苏、浙江三地的123家物流企业进行实证研究后发现:物流企业所处的网络规模、网络密度和网络位置对企业学习能力存在正向影响,网络密度的促进作用相对更强;网络多样性对物流企业学习能力的影响并不显著;当外部环境的动态性增强时,网络规模对物流企业学习能力产生负向作用,网络密度和位置对企业学习能力的正向作用则更加突出。因此,在面临动荡的外部环境时,物流企业应精简网络规模、加强网络紧密度、提升网络位置,"小而精"的网络结构更有利于提升学习能力。In the modern economic society,a growing number of companies actively join in the networks and obtain resources via cooperation and integration.By constructing network structure that influences the learning capacity of logistics companies and by building the theoretical model of regulating effect o environmental dynamics,the paper conducted the empirical study of 123 logistics companies in Fujian,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and found the following results.The network scale,density and location of the logistics company has a positive effect on company＇s learning capacity,with stronger acceleration of network density.The multiplicity of network has no significant effect on learning capacity of logistics company.As the dynamics of external environment strengthens,the network scale has adverse effect on learning capacity of logistics company,while the positive effect of network scale and location on company＇s learning capacity becomes more prominent.Thus,in the unstable external environment,the logistics company should streamline the network scale,strengthen network density and improve the network location.After all ＂mean and lean＂ network structure is more conducive to improving learning capacity.
