养老困境与和谐家庭建设

摘　　要：当今,我国养老困境主要表现在人力匮乏、物力匮乏、财力匮乏和情感匮乏四大问题,这对家庭的关系结构、支持结构和评价结构造成了不利影响,直接阻碍了和谐家庭的建设。我国养老困境的出现具有深刻的社会文化、人口和经济根源,它是孝文化嬗变、人口年龄结构改变、"未富先老"和城镇化等因素综合作用的结果。为了构建和谐家庭,应该着力构建和宣传新型孝文化,完善家庭发展政策,发展多元化养老模式,提升和发展国家经济实力,促使老年人的收入增长和财产增值,完善社会保障体系、养老基础设施,增强中介组织和社会力量,发展老龄产业。At present the plight of supporting the elderly in China mainly manifests the lack of manpower,material resources,financial resource and emotion,which adversely affects relation,supporting and judging structure of family,and moreover directly hinders the construction of a harmonious family.The plight of elderly care in current China has profound social,cultural,demographic and economic origin.It is the result integrated with the factors as the change of filial culture,the change of population age structure,＂non-affluent aging society＂ and urbanization.In order to build a harmonious family,we should construct and publicize new type of filial culture,improve family development policy,develop diversified elderly care models,strengthen national economic power,improve social security system,increase the income,property of the elderly,and organize the non-governmental organizations,rural areas and industries for the aged to jointly alleviate the plight of elderly care.
