摘  要:以丁基橡胶后处理国产压块机为例,针对国产压块机侧缸液压冲击大,执行机构在运行过程中发生撞击,导致部件损坏或失效的现象,提出了采用双联叶片泵,通过减少侧缸供油量的方式,降低执行机构的运动速度,减少侧缸的液压冲击,以及采用差动油路的形式,缩短主缸运行时间,保证压块机工作效率的优化措施。Took butyl rubber post-processing domestic briquetting machine as an example,aimed at the large hydraulic shock of the side cylinder in the domestic briquetting machine,and damage or failure phenomenon of the parts caused by percussion existing in operation course of the actuator,the use of a double vane pump was proposed to reduce kinematic velocity of the actuators by reducing the amount of fuel supplied to the side cylinder. Optimization measures for ensuring working efficiency of the briquetting machine were given,such as reduction of the hydraulic shock of the side cylinders,and the use of differential oil circuits to shorten running time of the master cylinder.
