LZ-5B型CO助燃剂在催化裂化装置的工业应用

摘　　要：催化裂化装置的催化剂在再生过程中,存在部分CO在稀相燃烧,导致再生器稀相、CO锅炉超温现象。新型CO助燃剂在2#催化裂化装置上的工业应用结果表明,LZ-5B型CO助燃剂对装置生产和产品质量无明显影响,且可有效降低CO锅炉及脱硝模块温度,同时降低装置能耗。Overtemperature phenomenon on the regenerator dilute phase and CO boiler was caused by a small amount CO burning in the dilute phase existing in course of the catalyst regeneration in the catalytic and cracking unit. The industrial application result of the new type CO combustion supporting agent in the NO. 2 unit showed that LZ-5 B type agent was no obvious effect on the unit production and product quality,temperature of the CO boiler and the denitrification module could be decreased effectively,and energy consumption of the unit was reduced at the same time.
