摘  要:目的研究正常老化情况下健康成年人的脑功能局部一致性(regional homogeneity,Re Ho)的年龄差异,为正常老龄化评估提供新的特征参数。方法选取国际脑图谱联合会的健康成年人静息态功能磁共振数据为研究对象,首先将被试分为老年组和年轻组,预处理数据后计算每个被试全脑灰质的Re Ho值,然后将性别作为协变量,对两组标准化Re Ho图像进行双样本t检验统计分析,比较老年组与年轻组局部一致性差异。结果与年轻组相比,在海马、丘脑、颞上回、岛盖部额下回、枕中回、背外侧额上回、枕上回、中央后回脑区,老年组的Re Ho值显著降低;在杏仁核、舌回以及前扣带和旁扣带脑回区域,老年组的Re Ho值显著增加。结论特定脑功能区的局部一致性在正常老龄化进程中变化显著,可作为老龄化评估的一个特征参数。Objective To explore the normal aging characteristics of the regional homogeneity (ReHo)of the brains of healthy adults in the resting state, which could provide a new characteristic parameter for aging assessment. Methods We studied resting?state functional magnetic resonance imaging from international consortium for brain mapping. Applying the preprocessed images, the ReHo of the gray matter in whole brain was obtained, and then compared between the older and younger adult groups with gender as a covariate.Results The significantly decreased ReHo were localized in the hippocampus, the thalamus, the superior temporal gyrus, the opercular part of inferior frontal gyrus, the middle occipital gyrus, the superior frontalgyrus, the superior occipital gyrus and postcentral gyrus. And we found that ReHo was significantly in creased inamygdala, lingual gyrus and anterior cingulate & paracingulate gyri for aged subjects .Conclusions The ReHo within specific brain functional regions have significant differences between the older and younger adult groups,which can be regarded as a characteristic parameter for normal aging.
