摘  要:干式双离合器实时温度模型的建立一直是干式双离合变速器应用的难点和重点。基于各单元热传分析给出了干式双离合器的热路示意图,结合各个单元的热平衡方程建立了热网络实时温度模型,提出了模型参数识别和优化的方法,设计实验工况基于实验数据完成了实时温度模型的参数识别。基于干式双离合器实时温度模型仿真结果与实际试验结果对比表明该干式双离合器实时温度模型精准度较高,计算结果可信。The establishment of the dry daul clutch real-time temperature model has always been the difficulty and key point of the application of dry daul clutch transmission. Based on the heat transfer analysis of each unit, the thermal road diagram of the dry double clutch is given, a thermal network real-time temperature model is established by combining the heat balance equations of each unit,the method of parameter identification and optimization is proposed, the experimental data is designed to identify the parameters of the real time temperature model based on the experimental data. The simulation results based on the dry dual clutch real time temperature model and the actual experimental results show that the dry dual clutch real time temperature model has high accuracy and the results are credible.
