摘  要:基于模块化设计方法对探伤仪的结构进行了功能分析与模块划分,利用Pro/E软件对各分模块进行了建模与装配。将弱磁加载器与损伤检测器设计为一个整体,打破了传统分为两个步骤探伤的局面。同时还模块化设计后的产品进行行稳定性实验。实验结果表明,利用模块化设计后的探伤仪与传统设计的相比,具有能自动缓解冲力、运动平稳、检测精度高等特点。The function analysis and module division of the flaw detector were carried out. Based on the modular design method, Pro/E software was used to model and assemble each sub-module. The weak magnetic loader and damage detector are designed as a whole, which breaks the traditional situation of two steps. At the same time, the modular design of the product after the stability test. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional design, the modular testing instrument has the characteristics of automatically relieving impulse, stable movement and high detection precision.
