小红细胞对XS-800i血细胞分析仪检测血小板结果的影响

摘　　要：目的仪器提示小红细胞时,对血小板检测结果的可靠性进行判断,为复检提供依据。方法仪器报"小红细胞"时,根据血小板结果标记和直方图情况分A、B、C、D 4组,4组分别与手工计数进行配对资料t检验和相关性分析。结果 A、B、C组仪器结果与手工结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),R^2分别为0.989、0.977、0.983,说明相关性好。D组仪器结果与手工结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),R^2=0.904,说明相关性差。结论出现"小红细胞"提示,根据是否伴有"血小板分布异常"提示和血小板结果右侧的标记,再根据血小板直方图和浮动界标高鉴别线位置,判断是否进行手工计数,只有达到D组条件时,才用手工计数进行纠正。ObjectiveTo analyze the reliability of blood platelet （PLT） test to provide a reference to retest when the analyzer indicated the presence of microcyte. MethodsWhen the analyzer indicated the presence of microcyte, the results of PLT were divided into four groups according to the marked symbol and histogram of PLT. Then a paired t-test and a correlation analysis were carried out in each group with its corresponding manual count. ResultsThe differences were not statistically significant between results from the analyzer and its corresponding manual count among the first three groups （P〉0.05）, their R2 were 0.989, 0.977, 0.983 respectively, which showed they were in a good correlation. However, the difference was statistically significant between results from the analyzer in Group D and its corresponding manual count（P〈0.05）, the R2 was 0.904, which showed they were in a poor correlation. ConclusionWhen the analyzer indicates the presence of microcyte, whether the manual counting is introduced is determined by the indication of “the abnormal distribution of PLT” and then by the PLT histogram and floating threshold. Only when it meets the condition like in Group D, can we adopt the manual counting in the detection of PLT.
