摘　　要：目的比对迈瑞BC-6800与Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪检测结果的偏倚程度,讨论两台仪器的可比性,判断临床上共同应用两台仪器可行与否。方法将坚持室内质控且结果稳定良好、省室间质评成绩优秀的Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪作为参考仪器,迈瑞BC-6800血细胞分析仪作为对比仪器,采用40份新鲜抗凝标本使用共同模式进行检测,比对白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)、血细胞比容(HCT)5个项目,计算偏倚,作线性回归分析,并检查在不同医学决定水平的偏倚是否符合相关允许范围。结果标本选取范围良好且未见离群点,两台仪器线性关系也较好,不同医学决定水平的偏倚均在允许范围内。结论比对结果显示迈瑞BC-6800与Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪的检测结果有较好的可比性,能够提供给临床相同的提示作用,两台仪器可以共同运用,检测结果可以互认。ObjectiveTo compare the test bias of MINDRAY BC-6800 and Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer, and discuss the comparability of the two instruments. To determine if it is feasible to use them together in clinical practice. MethodsTo set Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer as the reference instrument. It worked well in the IQC and EQC. To set MINDRAY BC-6800 hematology analyzer as the comparison instrument. 40 anticoagulant specimens were tested. The results of white blood cell （WBC）, red blood cell （RBC）, hemoglobin （HGB）, platelet （PLT） and hematocrit （HCT）, and calculate bias were compared. We checked whether bias was allowed within different medical decision levels. ResultsThe specimen was well chosen and there was no outlier. The linearity of the two instruments was good. The bias of different medical decision levels was within the allowable range. ConclusionThe results show that MINDRAY BC-6800 and Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer have good comparability. They can work together. Their test results can be mutual recognition.
