摘 要:承德某铜矿在小型试验取得优良选矿指标的基础上,进行工业试验研究,规模为250t/d,通过磨矿细度、药剂制度等优化,在原矿Cu品位0.462%、自由氧化铜占有率14.07%的条件下,获得了精矿Cu品位17.484%,回收率66.19%的优良指标,达到了为更大规模选矿厂生产及改造提供试验基础的目的。Industrial test research was carried out in a copper ore of Chengde on the basis of good beneficiation indexes which were achieved in the small test, and the scale of industrial test was 250 t/d. After optimization on grinding fineness, reagent system and other indexes, a concentrate with Cu grade of 17.484% and recovery of 66.19% was obtained, based on the Cu grade of 0.462% and free copper oxide content of 14.07% in the raw ore. The research achieved the purpose of providing experimental basis for the production and renewal of larger dressing plant.
