摘  要:针对某细粒煤泥硫分含量高,且有机硫含量约为0.8%的难选高硫煤泥,采用浮选柱与浮选机联合进行脱硫试验。采用浮选柱对细粒煤泥进行粗选脱硫,考查了煤浆浓度及药剂用量对细粒煤泥脱硫效果的影响。在条件试验的基础上,利用正交试验考查了不同因素对脱硫效果的影响程度以及最佳因素水平。采用浮选机对浮选柱得到的粗选精煤进行精选,经过"一粗两精"柱-机联合浮选,精煤硫分可从原煤3.92%降低到1.36%,取得了较好的试验结果。A fine coal slime has a high content of sulfur, and is difficult to separate with the organic sulfur content of about 0.8 %. Aimed at this problem, desulfurization tests were conducted by flotation column and flotation machine, so as to investigate the effects of the concentration of coal slurry as well as the dosages of various flotation reagents on the desulfurization efficiency. On the basis of condition tests, the orthogonat tests were carried out to study the effects of various parameters on the desulfurization efficiency, and the optimal factors and levels were investigated. Then, the flotation column was used to conduct cleaner flotation on the rougher cleaned coal obtained from flotation column tests. Under the process of one rougher and two cleaning, very encouraging results were obtained by the flotation column and flotation machine. As the result, the sulfur con- tent of coal concentrate could be decreased to 1.36% from the raw coal slime of 3.92%.
