摘 要:采用两步法制备了TiO_2光催化剂,首先采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO_2粗粉,然后用水热工艺代替传统的煅烧工艺合成二氧化钛光催化剂.研究水热时间以及水热温度对光催化性能的影响.结果表明:在水热温度140℃,水热时间20 h下制备的二氧化钛光催化剂性能最佳.通过红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)手段表征光催化剂性能.在氙灯(350 nm)下降解亚甲基蓝溶液,合成的TiO_2光催化剂的降解效果优于纯P25.TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by two-step method. At first, the TiO2 coarse powder was prepared by sol-gel method, and then the TiO2 photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal process instead of the traditional calcination process. The effects of hydrothermal time and hydrothermal temperature on the photocatalytic activity were studied. The results showed that the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 photocatalyst performed best under the hydrothermal temperature of 140 ℃ and the hydrothermal time of 20 h. The performance of photocatalyst was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X- ray diffraction(XRD) and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy( UV-vis). The methylene blue solution was dissolved under the xenon lamp(350 nm), and the degradation effect of TiO2 photocatalyst was better than the pure P25.
