摘  要:目的评价中国女性血清脂联素(adiponectin)与多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的相关性。方法检索主要中英文数据库从建库至2016年12月20日关于中国女性脂联素与PCOS相关性的病例对照研究。按纳入排除标准筛选文献并进行质量评价后应用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共17篇。所有研究进行Meta分析。结果显示Chi^2=435.36,P<0.00001,I^2=93%。研究具有异质性,用随机效应模型;MD=-2.17[95%CI(-2.54)~(-1.81)], Z=11.79, P<0.00001),PCOS组血清脂联素明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论中国女性PCOS患者血清脂联素水平低,可作为PCOS患者的一个影响因素。Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum adiponectin and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) in Chinese women. Methods A case-control study of the association between adiponectin and PCOS in Chinese fe- males was retrieved from the establishment of major Chinese and English databases until December 20, 2016. After screening the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and performing quality assessment, RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 17 articles met the inclusion criteria. All studies were given meta-analysis. The results showed that Chi2=435.36, P〈0.00001, F=93%. The research has heterogeneity, and a random effect model was applied; MD=-2.17 [95% CI(-2.54)-(-1.81 )], Z=11.79, P〈0.00001 ). Serum adiponectin was signifi- cantly lower in the PCOS group than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclu- sion Serum adiponectin levels are lower in Chinese women with PCOS and may be an influencing factor in PCOS pa- tients.
