摘 要:目的探讨胰岛素泵与多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。观察组采用胰岛素泵持续输注,对照组予多次胰岛素强化治疗,两组均治疗2周。治疗后比较两组临床疗效及血糖各项指标的变化情况、胰岛素用量和低血糖的发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率达97.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的胰岛素用量少于对照组,血糖达标时间短于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的各项血糖指标均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效明显优于多次胰岛素皮下注射的方式,可以有效控制血糖且减少胰岛素用量及降低低血糖的发生率,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin pump and multiple insulin subcutaneous injections for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from Jan- uary 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group used insulin pump continuous infusion, and the control group received multiple insulin in- tensive treatment. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, changes in blood glucose levels, insulin intake, and incidence rate of hypoglycemia were compared. Results The total effective rate of the obser- vation group after treatment was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.5%. The differ- enee Between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The doses of insulin after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the time for blood glucose reaching the target was shorter than that in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of insulin pump treatment on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes was obviously better than that of multiple insulin subcutaneous injections, which can effectively control blood glucose, reduce insulin dosage and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and thus is worthy of extensive promotion and applica- tion.
