住院糖尿病患者无症状低血糖的发生特点及采取监测应用动态血糖监测系统的机制分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析糖尿病患者无症状低血糖的发生特点及采取监测应用动态血糖检测系统的机制。方法选取2015年1月～2017年7月在本院接受治疗的糖尿病患者120例,对该120例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,分析住院糖尿病患者无症状低血糖的发生特点;另外,对该120例患者应用动态血糖监测系统,分析动态血糖监测系统的机制。结果住院糖尿病患者无症状低血糖在凌晨、午餐前、早餐前及睡前的发生率普遍较高(P<0.05);应用动态血糖监测系统后,患者的低血糖发生率明显低于应用动态血糖监测系统前(P<0.05)。结论住院糖尿病患者容易发生无症状低血糖,应用动态血糖监测系统能够实时监测患者的血糖情况,明显改善患者的血糖指标,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To analyze the characteristics of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the patients with diabetes melli- tus and the mechanism of monitoring and applying the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system. Methods 120 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected. The clinical data of the 120 patients were analyzed retrospectively. The characteristics of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the inpa- tients with diabetes mellitus were analyzed; in addition, the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system was applied to the 120 patients. The mechanism of the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system was analyzed. Results The incidence rate of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients with diabetes was generally higher in the early morning, be- fore lunch, before breakfast and before bedtime（P〈0.05）; after the application of the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system, the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the patient was significantly lower than that before the application of dy- namic blood glucose monitoring system（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inpatients with diabetes mellitus are prone to asymptomatic hypoglycemia. The application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system can monitor the patients＇ blood glucose sta- tus in real time and significantly improve the patients＇ blood glucose index, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
