小切口油纱卷三角形加压缝合术与加压包扎治疗腋臭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口油纱卷三角形加压缝合术与加压包扎治疗腋臭的临床疗效及伤口愈合情况。方法治疗组84例,采用小切口油纱卷三角形加压缝合术。对照组72例,采用传统小切口加压包扎方法。结果两组手术方法都可以达到理想的手术效果,有效率为100﹪,治疗组术后伤口的Ⅰ期愈合率明显大于对照组,治疗组的并发症明显小于对照组。结论该术式具有伤口整洁、包扎固定好、皮瓣不移位、皮瓣愈合好等特点,创伤小、皮瓣压力均匀,术后疼痛感轻,愈合后牵拉感不明显及其它不适等优点。Objective To observe the effcacy of small incision compression bandaging in the treatment of bromhidrosis and theirs wound healing process. Methods In treatment group, 84 cases were treated with small incision surgery with compression bandage package. In control group, 72 patients were used for the traditional method. Results In the end, two surgical methods all achieved ideal surgical results, in which the effective rate was 100%. In the early phase of wound healing in the treatment group were signifcantly higher than that in the control group. Furthermore, in long-tem observation after surgery, the scars and trauma in treatment group signifcantly less than compared with the control group. Conclusion This new surgical approach may have more advantages such as, no dressing, no infection, minor trauma, smaller scar, less postoperative pain, and other discomforts.
