摘　　要：目的探索一种方法有效,改善外观的小阴唇肥大整形术。方法自2017年8月至2018年6月,收治的31例小阴唇肥大患者进行改良式直接切除联合皮下锁边缝合法行小阴唇缩小术,术后随访3个月。结果 31例患者中没有患者出现血肿,均恢复良好,外观及功能满意。结论改良式直接切除联合皮下锁边缝合术治疗小阴唇肥大,神经血管损伤小,外观改善满意度高,并发症少,是治疗小阴唇肥大的一种不错的方法。Objective To investigate a effective operative method to treat hypertrophy of labia minora with good appearance.Methods From August 2017 to June 2018, for 31 patients with hypertrophic labia minora. modifed resection for labia minora combined with subcutaneous suture was adopted. The patients were followed up for 3 months. Results All incisions in 31 patients without hematoma. All patients were satisfed with appearance and function. ConcIusion It is a good method for treating hypertrophic labia minora with small neurovascular injury, high satisfaction and less complications.
