右旋美托咪啶与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉在抽脂术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨右旋美托咪啶与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉在抽脂术中的麻醉有效性。方法将72例择期抽脂术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,观察组给予右旋美托咪啶与瑞芬太尼复合静脉麻醉;对照组单纯给予右旋美托咪啶静脉麻醉。比较两组患者手术期间血流动力学变化、镇痛镇静效果以及麻醉不良反应发生情况。结果麻醉前两组患者MAP、HR、SPO2比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),麻醉后至麻醉复苏30min,对照组患者MAP、HR水平均高于观察组,SPO2水平低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组手术期间疼痛等级以Ⅰ级居多,对照组以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级居多;两组麻醉不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论右旋美托咪啶与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉可有效降低抽脂术患者术中疼痛程度,更有利于患者血流动力学稳定,且不增加麻醉不良反应发生率,从而提高抽脂术中患者舒适度和手术安全性。Objective to investigate the effectiveness of combined anesthesia with dexmedetomidine and remifentanil in liposuction. Methods A total of 72 patients undergoing selective liposuction were divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given dexmedetomidine and remifentanil combined intravenous anesthesia; the control group was given dexmedetomidine intravenous anesthesia alone. The hemodynamic changes, analgesic and sedative effects and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no signifcant difference in MAP, HR and SPO2 between the two groups before anesthesia （P 〉 0.05）. The MAP and HR levels in the control group were higher than those in the observation group from anesthesia to 30 minutes after anesthesia resuscitation, and the SPO2 levels were lower than those in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. During the operation, the pain grade of the observation group was mainly grade I, while that of the control group was mainly grade II and III. There was no signifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Dextrometridine combined with remifentanil anesthesia can effectively reduce the degree of pain in liposuction patients, more conducive to hemodynamic stability, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia, thereby improving the comfort and safety of liposuction patients.
