摘  要:目的探讨采用中药结合薄荷液冷喷对面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月—2018年3月期间本院所收治面部激素依赖性皮炎患者110例,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(常规西医药物治疗)和观察组(清热解毒方饮结合薄荷液冷喷),对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估分析。结果观察组患者治疗后瘙痒、皮损症状积分均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0.05);观察组患者总治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0.05)。结论采用清热解毒方联合薄荷液冷喷疗法治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,可有效对患者皮损、瘙痒等症状进行控制、改善,对于提高患者生活质量具有十分积极的作用,建议在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with cold spray of peppermint on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods 110 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2018 were divided into control group (conventional western medicine treatment) and observation group (clearing heat and detoxifying prescription) according to different treatment methods. Mint liquid cold spray), the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated. Results The scores of itching and skin lesions in the observation group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was signifcant (P 〈 0.05).The total treatment effciency of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis with Qingre Jiedu Decoction combined with Mint Liquid cold spray therapy can effectively control and improve the symptoms of skin lesions and itching in patients, and has a very positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients. It is recommended to be applied in clinic.
