一清胶囊联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨一清胶囊联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法寻常痤疮患者67例,按照随机数字表法分组,观察组34例采用一清胶囊与阿达帕林凝胶联合治疗,对照组33例给予阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、毒副反应发生率及治疗前后症状改善情况(Gags)、生活质量(DLQI)评分。结果观察组总有效率为91.18%(31/34),高于对照组69.70%(23/33)(P <0.05);观察组副反应发生率为17.65%(6/34),对照组为12.12%(4/33),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗1个月后观察组Gags及DLQI评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论一清胶囊联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮,疗效确切,安全性高,可降低患者Gags评分,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqing Capsule combined with adapalene gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Sixty-seven patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups. The observation group was treated with Yiqing Capsule and adapalene gel. The control group was treated with adapalene gel. The incidence of toxic side effects and symptoms improvement （Gags） and quality of life （DLQI） scores before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18% （31/34）, which was higher than that of the control group （69.70% （23/33）） （ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of side reaction in the observation group was 17.65% （6/34）. 12.12% （4/33）, there was no signifcant difference between the groups （P 〉 0.05）. After 1 month of treatment, the Gags and DLQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiqing Capsule combined with adapalene gel for the treatment of acne vulgaris is effective and safe, which can reduce the Gags score and improve the quality of life.
