果酸换肤术治疗黄褐斑的精细化护理干预

摘　　要：目的本文就果酸换肤术治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及护理方法进行研究。方法选取2017年2月--2018年2月在我科行果酸换肤术治疗的48例黄褐斑患者,采用随机数字表法对其进行分组,观察组(n=24)予以精细化护理干预,观察组(n=24)予以常规护理,对比二组患者的治疗总有效率、健康知识评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%;观察组的健康知识评分对比对照组更高;观察组患者的SF-36生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组;观察组的护理满意度为100%,明显优于对照组的83.33%;组间数据比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论在果酸换肤术治疗黄斑期间,为患者实施精细化护理干预,有助于提升疗效,还可增强患者的健康意识、改善其生活质量,同时也可使患者对我科的护理服务更加满意,故可考虑将精细化护理干预作为该类患者的首选护理方案。Objective To study the clinical effcacy and nursing methods of acid skin exchange in the treatment of chloasma.Methods February 2017 - February 2018 in our department fruit changes skin treatment of 48 patients with chloasma, to group by using the method of random number table, the observation group （n = 24） be fne nursing intervention, the observation group （n = 24） to routine care, compared two groups of patients with the treatment of total effective rate, health knowledge score, the quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, higher than the control group＇s 75.00%. The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The sf-36 quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group in all dimensions. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%, which was signifcantly better than the control group＇s 83.33%. There was a signifcant difference in data between groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion during the period of fruit changes skin to treat macular, detailed nursing intervention for patients, help to improve curative effect, still can enhance the patient＇s health consciousness, improve their quality of life, but also can make the patient care services more satisfed of our department, so the fne nursing intervention can be considered as a class of choice for patients with nursing care plan.
