后整理对提高锦丝材料耐温性能的研究

摘　　要：研究锦丝织物耐温工艺,对比并分析不同后整理工艺对锦丝绳、带、绸成品耐温性能的影响。结果表明:先对锦丝纤维进行原料耐温处理,再对锦丝绳、带、绸进行成品耐温处理,可有效提高锦丝绳、带、绸的耐温性能,且断裂强力下降少。The temperature reistance process of polyamide fabric was studied,and the influence of different finishing processes on the temperature resistance of polyamide ropes,belts and fabrics was compared and analyzed. The results showed that the temperature resistance of polyamide ropes,belts and fabrics could be effectively improved with less breaking strength reduction,after raw materials of polyamide fiber with temperature resistance treatment first and then products of polyamide ropes,belts and fabrics with temperature resistance treatment.
