摘　　要：结合社会工作实践项目,通过对贫困农村社区发展现状的调查诊断和评估,设计项目方案,开展社会工作发展项目介入服务。项目实践表明,社会工作在促进贫困地区农村社区建设方面成效显著但也有需要认真反思之处。突出农民的主体地位是农村社区建设的关键,留守妇女是农村社区建设中不可小觑的一支重要力量,对贫困农村社区妇女的赋权增能具有极为重要的意义,这些也是社会工作介入贫困地区农村社区发展的努力方向。In combination with the practice project of social work, the project carried out the intervention service of the social work development project by investigating and evaluating the present development of the rural community in poverty-stricken areas. The project practice suggests that social work has achieved remarkable success in promoting the construction of rural communities in poverty-stricken areas but there is also the need for profound reflection. Highlighting the dominant position of farmers is the key to the construction of rural communities. The left behind women are an important force in the construction of rural communities. Empowerment is of great significance in women＇s social work. These are also the direction of the social work to intervene in the development of rural communities in poverty-stricken areas.
