摘 要:露天矿含水炮孔的爆破质量和效果影响着露天矿的安全高效开采。为改善水孔爆破效果,采取改变布孔方式、炮孔排水护孔、水间隔装药等控制变量进行了现场对比爆破工程试验,利用高速摄影系统和爆破振动测试系统测得现场试验爆破视频和振动峰值。试验结果表明:改变布孔方式、排水护孔、水间隔装药后均能有效控制爆破危害效应,对相似工程有借鉴意义。The quality and effect of water hole blasting in open pit mine affect the safety and efficient mining of open-pit mine. In order to improve the performance of water hole blasting,the field comparative blasting tests were carried out by changing the holes layout,hole drainage and protection,water-decked charge,etc. High speed photography system and blasting vibration test system were used to obtain the field test blasting video and vibration peak particle velocity. The test results showed that the blasting hazard effect could be effectively controlled by changing the pattern of holes layout,draining and protecting holes,and water-decked charge. It can be used for reference to similar projects.
