摘  要:目的掌握龙岩市肠炎沙门菌的耐药特征,为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法 57株肠炎沙门菌包括源于食物中毒、食品和医院的散发病例等,对菌株进行生化鉴定、血清分型,采用药敏反应板定量测定菌株对16种常用药物的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)。结果 57株肠炎沙门菌均对诺氟沙星、头孢西丁、复方磺胺、阿奇霉素、头孢他啶等5种抗生素敏感。部分菌株对庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、亚胺培南、四环素、多粘菌素B等存在不同程度耐药,耐药率最高的是萘啶酸(93.00%),其次是氨苄西林(74.00%)和链霉素(54.00%)。随着时间推移,肠炎沙门菌有耐药增强的趋势。结论肠炎沙门菌多重耐药现象应引起重视,需加强对多重耐药株的监控及抗菌药物使用的监管。Objective To grasp the drug resistance spectrum of Salmonella enteritidis in Longyan, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 57 strains Salmonella enteritidis were isolated from food poisoning、food and clinical cases. The pathogens were biochemical test and serologic tests. Using the drug sensitive plate of 16 kinds of commonly select to testing the minimal inhibitory concentrations(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC). Results All the tested strains were sensitive of norfloxacin(NOR), cefoxitin(CFX), compound sulfanomides(SXT), azithromycin(AZM)and ceftazidime(CAZ). Some strains were different resistance of gentamicin(GEN), cefotaxime(CTX), imipenem(IMP), tetracycline(TET)and Polymyxin B(PB). The highest drug resistance was nalidixic acid(NAL, 93 %)and next was ampicillin(AMP, 74 %)and streptomycin(STR, 54 %).With time going on, the drug resistance of Salmonella enteritidis has enhanced trend. Conclusion The multiple drug resistance of enteritis salmonella should be taken seriously, and what we need to do is to strengthen the monitoring of multi drug resistant strains and supervision of the use of antibiotics.
