摘 要:将多壁碳纳米管纳米流体应用于太阳能热电联用系统中.在光照充足的室外条件下,采用水槽对表面加入了多壁碳纳米管纳米流体的太阳能电池板的性能进行实验.主要研究了纳米流体液层厚度和浓度对太阳能电池板的表面温度和输出功率的影响.实验结果表明,加入纳米流体能有效降低太阳能电池板的表面温度,液层厚度100mm比10mm能多降低60%的温度;纳米流体浓度越小,输出功率越大,当浓度为0.001wt%时,最大输出功率为496 mW.多壁碳纳米管纳米流体的加入能有效提高太阳能电池板的综合利用效率.In this paper, multi-walled carbon nanotube nanofluids was used in solar thermal power combined system. Under the well-lit outdoor conditions, the performance of the solar cell with the multi-walled carbon nanotube nanofluids on the surface was tested by using a water tank. The effects of the thickness and concentration of the nanofluids liquid layer on the surface temperature and output power of the solar panel were mainly studied. The experimental results show that the addition of nanofluids can effectively reduce the temperature of the solar panel surface. The temperature can be reduced by 60% when the thickness of liquid layer is100 mm rather than 10 mm. The smaller concentration ofnanofluids, the greater the output power. When the optimal concentration is 0.001wt%, the maximum output power will be 496 mW. The addition of multi-walled carbon nanotube nanofluids can effectively improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of solar panels.
