摘　　要：2018年是新疆维吾尔自治区金融业改革开放40周年。改革开放促进新疆金融业步入现代化,成为现代经济的核心。当前,新疆金融业以党的十九大精神为指引,开启新时代、新征程。回顾40年来的转轨历程,总结经验,展望未来,在新时代完善新体制与不懈创新中更加奋力前行。2018 is the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up of the financial industry in Xinjiang. Reform and o- pening up have promoted the modernization and development of Xinjiang＇s financial industry. It has become the core of the modern economy at the same time. At present, the financial industry in Xinjiang is guided by the spirit of the party＇s Nine- teenth National Congress and opens a new era and new journey. Recalling the course of transition in 40 years, summing up experiences, looking forward to the future and working hard in the new era is necessary to improve the new systems and push forward the innovation
