摘　　要：文章介绍了北斗系统在广西林业中的应用背景,从示范启动、基础建设、应用开展和人才队伍建设四个层面总结了北斗系统在广西林业中的应用现状,从森林管护、森林火险处置、森林病虫害防治等多个方面探讨了北斗系统的应用模式,分析了北斗系统应用所带来的经济效益和社会效益,为北斗系统在全国林业部门的全面推广应用提供可借鉴的经验。The application background of Beidou in Guangxi forestry was introduced. The application status of Beidou System in Guangxi forestry was summarized from four aspects of starting demonstration, basic construction, application development and talent team construction. The application mode of Beidou was discussed from forest management, forest fire risk disposal, forest pest control and so on. The economic and social benefits from the application of Beidou system were analyzed. These provide some useful experiences for the comprehensive promotion and application of Beidou System in the forestry sector of the whole country.
