摘 要:以某商用车后桥主减速器为研究对象,分析总成装配质量对后桥噪声和振动的影响。通过调整垫片,对比不同装配状态下的轴承预紧度,得到不同的齿轮副转动力矩和齿侧间隙。在相同的台架试验条件下,选择合适的调整垫片能使主减速器轴承得到合适的预紧度,后桥总成噪声和振动水平能取得最佳值,对同类型的后桥提升NVH水平具有一定的参考价值。In this paper,a commercial vehicle rear axle main reducer is studied, and the influence of assembly quality to rear axle noise and vibration is analyzed. By adjusting the gasket, the bearing pre - tightness under different assembly conditions is compared, and different gear pair rotation torque and flank clearance are got. Under the same bench test condition, the appropriate adjusting gasket can lead to a properly pre - tightened final reducer bearing, and the rear axle assembly noise and vibration levels are optimized. It has a certain reference value for improving the NVH level of the same type of rear axle.
