摘  要:汽车空调的除霜性能对汽车的安全性至关重要。文章研究了一个改型项目中空调侧除霜风口布置下的除霜效果,对空调除霜性能进行CFD分析,完成三维网格模型的建立,根据实际边界条件进行模拟分析,计算得出除霜风口的出口风量、玻璃表面的气流速度及温度分布等参数,验证除霜风口布置与出风量分配的合理性,并以此为基础提出了改进方案。The defrosting performance of automotive air - condition is crucial to safety driving. In this paper, the effect of the air conditioning side defrost optimization project is studied. TheCFDa-nalysis on the air conditioner defrosting performance is made, and 3D mesh model is established. Different simulation analysis are designed according to the real boundary. The air volume from air - vent and the temperature distribution are computed. Implicit unsteady simulation is used to research the contours of frost thickness fraction on windshield. Based on the result of the automotive simulation on the defog performance, an improved scheme is provided.
