摘　　要：冰雪体育竞技人才的培养是我国进军体育运动强国必不可少的重要前提。了解当前我国冰雪体育竞技人才培养现状及其存在的问题,提出针对性的冰雪体育竞技人才培养的优化原则及措施,对我国冰雪体育竞技人才培养质量与备战2022年北京冬奥会具有重要意义。研究表明,我国冰雪体育竞技人才培养的质量有待进一步提升、人才培养分布不均衡以及专业人才后备不足是影响我国冰雪竞技人才培养有序开展的重要制因,而在冰雪体育竞技人才培养过程中坚持方向、层次及主体等原则,不断优化冰雪体育竞技人才培养的制度、模式和选拔方式则是解决问题的关键。It is an essential prerequisite to cultivate competitive talents in ice and snow sports in order to help our country becoming one sports power. To understand the current situation and the existing problems of the ice and snow sports talents training in China and put forward the optimal principles and measures for the training of ice and snow sports talents which bring great significance to the improvement of the quality of training of the ice and snow sports talents in China, and it brings great significance for the preparation of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. The research shows that the quality of the training of the ice and snow sports talents in our country needs to be further promoted. The distribution of talents is not balanced and the reserve of professional talents is an important factor which affects the training of the ice and snow talents in our country, and the principles of direction,level and main body are insisted in the course of training ice and snow sports talents. The key to solve the problem is to constantly optimize the system,mode and selection mode of ice snow sports talents training.
