五音疗法对突发性聋伴耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五音疗法在突发性聋伴耳鸣患者治疗中的作用.方法将90例中医辨证为气血亏虚证的突发性聋伴耳鸣的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组采用静滴西药联合中药口服的方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加五音治疗,疗程均为14天.在治疗前后对纯音测听、耳鸣程度进行评分,根据听力、耳鸣的疗效分级进行疗效判定.结果治疗后两组患者的听力均有所提高、耳鸣评分均有所下降（P〈0.05）,治疗组和对照组相比听力疗效无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但耳鸣评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论五音治疗可有效缓解突发性聋伴耳鸣患者的耳鸣相关症状.Objective To observe the effect of five tone therapy in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness due to tinnitus. Methods Ninety patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus who were diagnosed with syndrome of blood deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with intravenous drip western medicine and oral Chinese medicine. In the treatment group, five tone treatment was added on the basis of the control group and the duration of treatment was 14 days. Before and after treatment, pure tone audiometry and tinnitus were scored, and efficacy evaluation was based on the classification of the efficacy of hearing and tinnitus. Results After treatment,both groups of patients had improved hearing and tinnitus scores （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in hearing efficacy between the treatment group and the control group （P〉0.05） , but the tinnitus score was significantly better than the control group. Control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Five tone treatment can effectively relieve tinnitus related symptoms in patients with tinnitus sudden deafness.
