摘　　要：目的探讨朱氏头皮针在梅尼埃病发作期止晕作用.方法在头皮帽状腱膜层下针刺治疗,选取头面区一针,上焦区三针,下焦区三针,针刺到位后运针、导引.结果在接受朱氏头皮针治疗的37例梅尼埃病急性发作的患者中,针灸治疗后10分钟内眩晕即缓解者有21例,10~20分钟眩晕缓解者有14例,于治疗20分钟内症状即缓解的占比94.6%.结论朱氏头皮针治疗急性发作的梅尼埃病,安全有效,且能快速缓解眩晕症状,是快速控制梅尼埃病眩晕的有效方法.Objective To discuss the effect of Zhou＇s scalp acupuncture in the treatment of the acute attack of Meniere＇s disease. Methods acupuncture treatment was performed under the epicranial aponeuroisis,one needle in head area,three needles in upper of tri jiao,and three needles in lower of tri jiao. The last,operating manipulating and derivation. Results In the 37 patients of the acute attact of Meniere＇s disease and receiving treatment of Zhou＇s scalp acupuncture,21 patients got relieved from vertigo following the treatment in 10 minutes. The 14 patients relieved in 10420 minutes. The numloers of patients cured in 20 minute account for 94.6Y0. Conclusion The measure of Zhou＇s scalp acupuncture in the treatment of the acute attack of Meniere＇ s disease is safe and effective. It can relieve from vertigo of Meniere＇s disease quickly,and as well as controlling vertigo rapidly.
