摘  要:试验通过控制环氧树脂结构胶填料种类和掺量,以纳米碳酸钙、硅微粉及两者按1:1组合的组合物作为填料对常用的环氧树脂结构胶进行改性,分析不同填料掺量对环氧树脂(对)结构胶力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,纳米碳酸钙对环氧树脂结构胶的抗压性能有一定改善,高掺量的纳米碳酸钙对环氧树脂的拉伸性能没有促进作用;硅微粉能显著改善环氧树脂结构胶的工作性能,对其抗拉强度和抗压强度有很大程度的提高;纳米碳酸钙和硅微粉的组合能产生叠合效应,改性后环氧树脂结构胶的抗压强度提高更为显著,拉伸强度也有明显的提高。The common epoxy resin structural adhesive was modified by controlling the type and content of epoxy resinstructural adhesive filler, using nano-calcium carbonate, silica micro-powder and the composition of both of them as fillers at1:1. The effects of different fillers on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin and structural adhesive were analyzed. Theresults show that nano-calcium carbonate can improve the compressive performance of epoxy resin structural adhesive to acertain extent. The high content of nanometer calcium carbonate did not promote the tensile properties of epoxy resin, andsilicon powder can significantly improve the performance of epoxy resin structural adhesive, and greatly improve its tensilestrength and compressive strength to a great extent. The combination of nano calcium carbonate and silicon powder canproduce superposition effect, and the compressive strength of the modified epoxy resin structure adhesive is improved moresignificantly, and the tensile strength is also improved obviously.
