摘　　要：在分析2013～2017年湖南省科学技术信息研究所科技查新服务现状的基础上,针对当前科技创新时代背景和市场化需求,指出其存在的问题,提出大数据时代下科技查新服务须从单一维度走向多维专业化领域发展的分析研究。从查新人员培养、激励绩效管理制度、服务种类多元化、理念认知、信息化资源建设等方面实施创新驱动发展。On the basis of analyzing the current situation of science and technology retrieval service in Hunan Institute ofScience and Technology Information, and aiming at the current political background and market-oriented demand of scienceand technology innovation, this paper pointed out the existing problem,and put forward the strategic research on the develop-ment of science and technology novelty searching service from single dimension to multidimensional specialization field inbig data era.Innovation-driven development was carried out from the aspects of personnel training, encouraging performancemanagement system, diversification of service types, strategic alliance, information resource construction and so on.
