新生儿母亲对预防接种知识掌握情况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解新生儿母亲对预防接种知识掌握程度及其影响因素,为制定免疫规划信息传播策略提供科学依据。方法抽取1 000名天津市河北区2016年10—12月新建册的新生儿母亲,采用自行设计的预防接种知识掌握情况的调查问卷进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 (1)新生儿母亲对各项预防接种知识的掌握水平参差不齐:最高分为10分,最低分为2分,预防接种知识得分为(7.2±1.9)分;(2)影响新生儿母亲预防接种知识掌握率的因素主要有胎次(OR=0.233,95%CI:0.062~0.402,P<0.05)、文化程度(OR=1.583,95%CI:1.004~2.070,P<0.05)及职业(OR=2.105,95%CI:1.279~3.296,P<0.05);(3)新生儿母亲愿意获得预防接种知识的途径以"通过接种门诊医生告知"为主(63.5%),其次是手机(58.6%)、电脑(49.2%)及电视(43.6%)等媒体。结论新生儿母亲对预防接种知识有很大的需求,应加强对预防接种健康教育的宣传力度,尤其应加强预防接种不良反应、疫苗及疾病相关知识方面的宣教,开展形式多样的宣传教育,提高预防接种知识掌握率。Objective To learn the awareness on vaccination and its affecting factors of newborn mothers and to provide scientific basis for developing reasonable policy on immunization.Methods One thousand newborn mothers establishing cards during October to December 2016 were selected from Hebei District of Tianjin,and they were investigated by self-designed questionnaires about the knowledge of vaccination for analysis.Results The awareness rate of newborn mothers on the knowledge of vaccination varied with highest score of 10 and lowest score of 2.The score for vaccination knowledge was 7.2±1.9 points.The major factors influencing knowledge of immunization were parity（OR=0.233,95%CI：0.062-0.402,P〈0.05）,education level（OR=1.583,95%CI：1.004-2.070,P〈0.05）and occupation（OR=2.105,95%CI：1.279-3.296,P〈0.05）.The main route of obtaining knowledge for newborn mothers was being told by physicians in vaccination clinic（63.5%）,followed by mobile phones（58.6%）,computers（49.2%）and television（43.6%）.Conclusion Newborn mothers have a considerable demand for vaccination knowledge.We should strengthen the propaganda of vaccines and knowledge on vaccination adverse reaction,diseases and vaccination,and publicity and education with various patterns to improve the awareness knowledge of vaccination.
