摘 要:深入分析原油初采集疏运系统,将穿梭油轮船队的设计与调度问题抽象为考虑硬时间窗约束的多车型车辆路径问题.在确保各FPSO可在时间窗内获得服务的条件下,以观测期内原油运输总成本最低为目标,建立穿梭油轮船队设计与调度优化模型,同步优化穿梭油轮船队的设计(船型选择与船舶数量)与各船舶的航行路径.为求解该模型,基于列生成思想设计精确求解算法并进行数值实验.实验结果表明,本文提出的模型和算法可有效解决穿梭油轮船队设计与船舶调度的协同优化问题.This paper analyzed the crude oil collection and transportation system in depth,and the design and scheduling problem of shuttle tanker fleet was abstracted as a multi-vehicle routing problem with hard time window constraints.Under the condition that each FPSO can obtain service within the time window,the optimal design and scheduling model for shuttle tanker fleet was established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of crude oil transportation during the observation period,and the design of the shuttle oil fleet(ship type selection and ship number) and the navigation path of each ship were synchronously optimized.To solve the model,an exact algorithm was designed based on the idea of column generation and numerical experiments were carried out.Results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the collaborative optimization problem of shuttle tanker fleet design and scheduling.
