摘  要:车架作为车辆的重要部件,其结构优劣对车辆的安全性及行驶状况有重要影响。应用CATIA软件创建运动型多功能汽车车架的三维模型,导入ANSYS软件进行静力与模态分析,得到车架在弯曲和扭转工况下的应力分布、大小,以及前二十阶固有频率。通过分析确认运动型多功能汽车车架在各工况下的应力及变形均满足强度与刚度要求,车架应力分布合理。As an important part of the vehicle, the chassis has an important influence on the safety and driving conditions of the vehicle. The CATIA software was used to create a 3 D model of the SUV chassis, and the ANSYS software was introduced for static and modal analysis to obtain the stress distribution and stress level on the chassis under bending and torsion conditions, as well as the first twenty order natural frequencies. Through analysis, it is confirmed that the stress and deformation of the SUV chassis under various working conditions can meet the strength and stiffness requirements, and the stress distribution on the chassis is reasonable.
