中药“复方白玉散”外敷治疗哺乳期乳头皲裂的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的观察中药"复方白玉散"治疗乳头皲裂的临床疗效。方法 60例乳头皲裂产妇随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组常规护理与治疗,观察组在常规护理基础上采用中药"复方白玉散"治疗。比较2组乳头皲裂临床疗效,记录2组止痛时间和皮损愈合时间。结果观察组临床总有效率96. 67%(29/30),高于对照组的86. 67%(26/30),但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。观察组止痛时间及皮损愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中药"复方白玉散"有明显的止痛作用,可促进乳头皲裂愈合,治疗期间不影响哺乳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external application of compound Baiyusan prescription in treatment of cracked nipple during lactation period. Methods Totally 60 postpartum women with cracked nipples were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care, and those in the observation group were given external application of compound Baiyusan prescription. The clinical efficacy of the intervention was evaluated, and the pain relief time and lesion healing time were observed and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 96.67% （29/30） in the observation group and was 86.67% （26/30） in the control group, but without a significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The pain relief time and lesion healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The external application of compound Baiyusan prescription is effective to improve the healing of cracked nipples without affecting milk production.
