摘 要:目的探讨自制药液湿敷与TDP联合预防奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的应用效果。方法将78例在前臂使用套管针输注奥沙利铂药液的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上,在输注奥沙利铂前10~15 min用自制混合药液浸湿纱块外敷,并同时使用TDP治疗仪照射纱块外敷处,结束后对患者行静脉穿刺的上肢进行保暖。观察2组奥沙利铂神经毒性程度及疼痛数字评分(NRS)。结果治疗组患者奥沙利铂神经毒性程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10. 829,P=0. 013)。治疗组的最高疼痛评分为(1. 49±1. 89)分,低于对照组的(2. 87±1. 91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3. 220,P=0. 002)。结论自制药液湿敷与TDP联合使用能有效降低奥沙利所致神经毒性反应,减轻患者疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of wet-compressing therapy with self-made medical liquid combined with specific electromagnetic radiation (TDP) in prevention of oxalipla- tin-induced neurotoxicity. Methods Totally 78 patients with oxaliplatin infusion by the aid of a trocar in the forearm were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care during treatment. In the treatment group, wet-compressing therapy with self-made medical liquid was performed at the puncture site 10-15 minutes before oxaliplatin infusion, and the TDP therapy was carried out sim- ultaneously. The blanket was used to keep the forearm warm after treatment. The level of oxali- platin-induced neurotoxicity and related pain were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the treatment group had a less severity of oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity compared with that in the control group (X2 = 10. 829 ,P = 0. 013 ). The highest numerical rating scale (NRS) in the treatment group was (1.49 ± 1.89) points, which was lower than (2.87 ± 1.91 ) points in the control group (t = 3. 220, P = 0. 002). Conclusion Combined treatment of wet-compressing with self-made medical liquid and TDP therapy is effective to reduce the severity of oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity and relieve pain caused by neurotoxicity.
