摘　　要：目的观察食管癌患者放疗前预置胃管行肠内营养支持的效果,总结护理措施。方法 2017年3月—8月60例食管癌患者放疗前预置胃管行肠内营养支持,并给予针对性护理干预,监测营养指标的变化,评价预防性留置胃管行肠内营养支持的效果。结果患者均顺利完成放疗。与放疗开始时相比,放疗结束时患者体质量(W)、血红蛋白(HB)、白蛋白(ALB)指标无明显变化(P>0. 05)。结论食管癌患者放疗前预置胃管行肠内营养支持期间,通过实施针对性护理干预措施,能够提高患者治疗期间生存质量,确保放疗顺利开展。Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition support by nasogastric tube before radiotherapy in patients with esophagus cancer, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 60 patients with esophagus cancer were given enteral nutrition support by naso- gastric tube before radiotherapy. Targeted nursing measures were carried out during enteral nutri- tion support. The clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition support by nasogastric tube was evaluated by monitoring related nutritional indexes. Results All patients completed full course radiotherapy. There was no significant difference in body weight, hemoglobin and albumin levels before and after radiotherapy. Conclusion It is required to carry out targeted nursing measures during enteral nutrition support in esophagus cancer patients, in order to improve their quality of life and ensure the following radiotherapy.
