开天门疗法缓解无抽搐电休克治疗术后头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价开天门疗法缓解无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)术后头痛的效果。方法 75例行MECT术后有头痛主诉的患者随机分为研究组38例和对照组37例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用开天门疗法。通过疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组治疗前、后的头痛程度和焦虑情况,记录2组干预前后头痛持续时间,比较2组血压、心率变化。结果干预后,研究组NRS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组头痛持续时间短于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预后,2组SAS评分均降低,且研究组SAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预后,研究组收缩压、心率变化幅度较对照组显著,组间比较差异有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论开天门疗法能有效缓解患者MECT术后的头痛不适和焦虑状态。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage on head and facial acu- points in relieving headache induced by modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT）. Methods Totally 75 patients with headache induced by MECT were selected and randomly assigned to the study group （ n =38 ） and the control group （ n = 37 ）. Patient of both two groups received routine care, and those in the study group were given massage on head and facial acupoints. The level and length of MECT induced headache by Numerical Rating Scale （NRS）, anxiety by Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）, blood pressure and heart rate of patients were observed before and after in- tervention. Results The score of NRS in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and patients in the study group experienced a shorter duration of headache （P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of NRS was decreased in both group after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a more significant change of sys- tolic pressure and heart rate in the study group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The massage on head and facial acupoints is effective to relieving headache and anxiety of patients with MECT.
