摘 要:目的探讨改良下肢牵引带在治疗儿童股骨干骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月—2016年1月收治的使用常规牵引带治疗的股骨干骨折患儿54例作为对照组,另选取2016年2月—2018年1月收治的使用改良下肢牵引带治疗的股骨干骨折患儿54例作为观察组。观察2组骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组骨折愈合时间平均(4. 12±0. 25)周,短于对照组的(4. 81±0. 57)周,差异有统计学意义(t=8. 146,P <0. 05)。观察组干预1个月后并发症总发生率为20. 37%(11/54),低于对照组的1. 85%(1/54),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7. 594,P <0. 05)。结论改良下肢牵引带用于治疗股骨干骨折患儿中可有效缩减骨折愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of modified lower limb traction belt in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture in children. Methods A total of 54 children with femoral shaft fractures were included as the control group between February 2014 to January 2016, another 54 children were selected as the observation group between February 2016 to January 2018. The conventional traction belt was used in the control group, and the modified lower limb traction belt was adopted in the observation group. The fracture healing time and complications rate were com- pared between the two groups. Results The fracture healing time in the observation group was (4.12 ± 0. 25 ) weeks , which was shorter than (4.81 ±0.57 )weeks in the control group (t=8. 146, P 〈 0.05 ). The overall rate of complications at 1 month after intervention was 1.85% (1/54)in the observation group and was 20. 37% ( 11/54 ) in the control group (x2 = 7. 594, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The modified lower limb traction belt is potentially effective to shorten the fracture healing time and reduce the incidence of complications in children with femoral shaft fracture.
